Dependencies

I definitely wouldn't purchase this one if you're in a time crunch.
As others have mentioned, the dependencies are out of date. I sent an email and am waiting on a response.
Styling not compatible with git pages

Styling doesn't appear compatible with git pages. I have sent 2 emails to the HTMLHUNTERS support box and one to the contact box with no response. Have exhausted web searches for solution. Unfortunate as the template looks great and works awesome locally.
UPDATE: Simple fix once I was able to connect with HTMLHUNTERS. Super happy with the look. Minor adjustments needed to work with GitHub Pages but super easy.

Lots of potential but out of date dependencies

I purchased this, turns out the dependencies are out of date and while I could muddle through and fix them, I need something I can get working quickly. Also, I've sent multiple emails to support and have not heard anything back.
UPDATE: Emails were getting lost, when I was finally able to connect with HTMLHUNTERS were responsive and fixed the dependency issue. Unfortunately, the timing was off, so I had to use another template. I was refunded. Will consider for future projects.

The dependencies are out of date

I agree with Christopher's comment. The dependencies were out of date when I was trying to install it on my local machine. Other than that is a pretty good template overall.
Another thing I've noticed is that the links between pages are working incorrectly. For example, try the live demo here: https://demo.htmlhunters.com/profi/therapist.html. Click on the top of the Booking Form. Then click the Contacts from the second line menu. You will see that the contacts header is half-hidden...

Regarding the Contacts section, I was not able to reproduce the bug you mentioned. On my side everything is working correctly, clicking on Contacts goes to the beginning of the Contacts section (eye brow + title): https://ibb.co/99qkz5P
